is still showing my account is active and ok, but will not allow me to log-in. Please I need help, do not know what to do, Have emptied temp files and uninstalled SL then re-installed. It let me on once then is doing it again, has been doing this, telling me my account has access denied for a few minuts, but i did nothing wrong. What can I do as i own land and need to get back on-line. Thanks JD

The access denied message you're describing is usually the result of a crash, not anything you've done wrong. Basically, you exited SL unexpectedly and the servers didn't have a chance to log you off. If you can't get back in after the time stated has elapsed, you'll need to put in a support ticket.
Another thought: you said you emptied the temp files, but did you try deleting the folder at C:\Documents and Settings>'Your User Name'>Application Data>Second Life? I don't know if it will help in your case, but that seems to correct a lot of issues.
