Would like to buy an island :(

I've being trying to an island.. but any where i click is not available, can any one help please, i have no idea of what i do wrong. After being desperate i did try on any color many times.

An other thing, is that i don't understand why LL doesn't have a tool to make a land complete transfer between residents, trust is a bit complicated with that amount of money. I can understand that LL doesn't want to be involved in between residents business but in this case they are already involved, because they must accept the owners change, it doesn't look so difficult to me to make a tool, where to buy and hold the transaction till the seller changes the owner.
Any way.. i would appreciate very much a help with buying my first island, thank you.

You can scroll the grid map in the land store with the arrows. Then you will find lots of empty spots.

The map in the Land Store may not work right if you are using Internet Explorer. You must use Opera or Firefox for it to function right. Any spot showing blue that is not adjacent or caddy-corner to a taken spot is available. Anything else is taken.

thank you for your fast answers. I did find free land at the very corners, don't understand why i couldn't take any of the blue squares more in the center area. i was using Firefox.
