HELP - Can't build or move my avatar, and now I can't log-in.

I'm not sure what is happening, but while I was building, my avatar stopped moving and I couldn't remain in the sky high enough to continue. My account seems to be frozen, and my avatar is stuck on the ground in "Learning".

I get the following error message when trying to log in:
***Login failed...The system is logging you out right now. Your account will not be available until...***
The time of availability keeps changing each time I try to log in.

I'm somewhat frustrated with the nuances of the system and just want to finish up so my students can explore and learn.

Please let me know what's happening and if I can finish up.

ben voila, je suis nouvelle & aprés m'etre inscrit.. et ben je réussis tjr pas a a telecharger le logiciel de second life, y parait que c'est a cause de mes "parametres de sécurité" mais j'ai esayé en vain d'enlever mes virus.. ça marche toujours pas. ça m'enerve vraiment! si vous pouvez m'aider.... ce serait vraiment génial =D

Same thing happen to me go to live chat and the guys will free your avartar ( bet its stuck on a server line like i was ) just need to reset the sim .

have you tried logging in from another location? where is your home location set?

sometimes the sim you are trying to log into will encounter errors and/or may be full. please go in another sim/region and from there, teleport back to where you want to be.

to do this:

when you open SL, go to EDIT, then PREFERENCES, then on the GENERAL tab, check SHOW START LOCATION IN LOGIN SCREEN. This will enable you to toggle between your default home location, the location you logged out in, and a blank where you can put in the sim's name and location to teleport into. whenever you find yourself not able to login to a sim, just change your location before you log in again.

SL has been tweaking around and some places may be in the midst of changes to the new code. you probably was in the sim while the sim was being reset or something.

This has helped me out in many cases, but unless SL was having gridwide maintenance, you really cannot login SL for a couple of hours.
