i am a loyal sl resident. I love the environment and i believe that scrappy support may come along with growing pains. But there is a limit and i have finally reached it. The limit is when you have come to rely on the system, have consultants who need to be paid and the CANT buy lindens. Yes i have tried all the standard fixes - created new biling agreement with paypal, switched to credit card, confirmed that all payment sources are valid - no luck. I noted the blog about something wrong with lindex but the message is ambiguous and thus there is not enough information to know if my problem is localised or sl wide
But here is the frustration. I have tried online help with my premium account. I have sat with open chats to "CHARLIE" at linden until the customer support hours closed my live chat..no response - no answer. I have put in two separate support tickets and days have passed - no answer.
Come on guys...what do i need to do to get you to take my money, to help me spend on linden, and to get the minimal support needed to make the experience manageable. I will prophecise this "THIS TOO SHALL PASS"...should you not be able to look after your customers, another system will ultimately replace it no matter how loyal your customers..an i am loyal believe me.
What do i need to do to get this matter resolved??
