General Info:

Pengie Chase is based on my Piggie Chase, which is a rodeo event called the Greased Pig. In this event, a small pig is rubbed in grease (probably lard) and set loose in a pen while children of various ages attempt to capture it, with much hilarity ensuing. Whether the Greased Pig event is cruel to animals and/or children is a topic for pondering.
NO animals, children, or Tinies were harmed in the creation of this game. Many biggies were embarassed soundly.

The Pengie is 6 prims including 1 sculptie, and is animated. The entire game is contained within the Pengie and its scripts.
The Pengie is menu-controlled with many options (see below).
The game comes with an optional 20 meter Ice Rink (2 mega prims) and Scoreboard (1 prim).

Pengie Chase can be played by normal avatars, Tinies, or a mix of the two.

OPEN SPACE SIM script performance is NOT supported for this product because Linden Labs does not support script performance on Open Space Sims. Use on Open Space Sims at your own risk.
Tested with 5 Tinies on a Class 4 sim with no problem. Tested with 3 players and 20+ spectators on a Sunday afternoon on a Class 5 sim with no problems, except prim animations lagging behind. Your performance may vary.

Game Play:

1: After setup by the owner, the Pengie goes into a waiting state, when people can join the game. They join by clicking the Pengie and allowing it to animate them and take controls.

2: After a set time is past (usually 30 seconds), the game begins. The Pengie runs around like mad, and the players run after it attempting to capture it by colliding with it. When a player collides, a check is made to see if it is a capture or a miss, depending on the capture chance setting.
If it is a miss, the Pengie will say so. Some misses are accompanied by falling down animations and the freezing in place of the player for a few seconds.

3: When a successful capture is made, the game ends, and the winner's name and time is displayed over the Pengie. In 60 seconds, the Pengie returns home, ready to begin a new game.
If used, the Scoreboard shows up to the top 10 best capture times and who made the capture. Your name will only appear once. If you beat your old score, your new time will be amended. If not, it will not be listed.
