-Menu Driven Can pick how many balloons to rez, 25, 50, 75, 100
-Click Drop on menu when ready for balloons to drop
-Click Pop on Menu when you want to clean the balloons up

-Edit config card to add Admins to it so you can pick and choose who you want to control the Balloon Dropper. Also you can Change the colors of the balloons. I have included a Color Box to help pick colors and edit the config card.
