Damani Weathersystem - update

The system has been updated to v1.22

The new version offers:
- hail
- sunrays through the clouds
- wind effects on rain, snow, hail etc.
- sound fx on snow
- full sim coverage
- changeable command channel
- several small bugfixes

Find it in damania sim, through classifieds (damani weathersystem) or on slExchange.
