*i have made a small update to the "late notice" and added the time in the warning message.
RentBox v2k, available : Mod+Copy or Mod+Trans
- Easy Setup, Can be configured with menu or notecard, any partners can use the menu too.
- Renters can pay multiple weeks at once and/or extend at any time
* friends can also pay
- Uses Exact timing system
*you could take it back to inventory, it will still show the time left, on its next rez
- Does not reset on lease end, but continues counting, so renters have a chance to pay rent due, untill the owner reset's it.
- You can add free days to existing rent
- You can change the Setup at any time, even when rented.
- You can add multiple partners to share income with, set a percentage for each partner (0..100%)
*partners are also able to use the setup menu.
-Gives a "Rent, Infocard" Notecard where you can add your rules, prices and/or other information.
*can be removed, the hovertext "touch for info" will then not be shown.
-Sends warning 48hrs before lease end, and daily after the rent has expired.
--optional prim counter ----
-Counts Prims, and gives daily warning when the renter has exceeded his count.
*prim counter can be turned off with the menu.
*if you remove the "Prim_control" script from the box, it will not show the related menu-buttons.
*due to current restrictions: the owner has to be online for the script to update the primcounts
-Sends messages to owner, renter and partners
- Load a renter option, for easy migration to new rentbox,
*setup the prims, days and price, select "set renter" from the menu, and type /49 renter_name,days in chat. then the box will go into rented mode, as if rented.
3 steps needed for setup;
- If you need many boxes with the same setup, change the notecard "setup" to your desire,
- Or use the menu to set your days, prims, price
- Give permissions to share, if you installed any partners
