Nearing completion. Club Burgundy.-Update1

Hello citizens.
Nearing completion is Club Burgundy. It started as a nothing project because I wanted to make something bigger than 1024 house and this is the result.

Now that I've done most of the work I can reveal that If anyone would like to get a hold if the build, now is the time to ask for any mods that would benefit any potential purchaser and to take a close look for anybody interested.
I could also use feedback from people, any feedback, as I don't know many and only two have popped in. It's not made by a pro and pros can tell. You be the judge.

Club Burgundy is:
Currently @ 468 prims, I can put in a lot more and it may weigh in around 800 once I add furniture, bars, glamorous fittings and such.
60x60x35 Meters, it's pretty big. And red. 99% original it would suit a very formal atmosphere, It aint no "dance club", let's put it that way.
It would hold a lot of people and big events. Weddings, orchestrals, piano recitals, plays, solo artist performances and groups and has a beside stage prep area. You get the idea.
Large open/close sculpt curtains for main stage and another to cover the video screen at back of stage. Huge Chandelier (could not find any good enough so I made a big one.) Control centre with private area for managers and workers. 4 private rooms up top level.
There's more texturing and work to do and other features that I will add. I can be done in 4 weeks I think. Or way less if needed.
