[nf_d] dj tool.tower (version 1.5)

Hey eveyrone, I'm releasing version 1.5 of the dj tool.tower [DJ101] for single users, and the [DJ201] for multiusers.

The dj tool.tower is a menu based multi-tool designed for DJ’s that acts as a tip jar, request manager, announce system. the [DJ201] multi-user version support up to 10 users (not including the owner).

For owners of the previous versions, the update is free.

[DJ201] dj tool.tower is $L2700 and mod/copy/no trans

Version 1.5 includes the following updates to the previous tools:

* Improved floating text support, floating text now works as intended
* Improved announce system
* Major changes to the update mechanism
* (multi-user) User management change - users must login in order to use the tool
* (multi-user) Increased users from 3 to 10 (not including the owner)
