An Animated flashing Happy New Years Neon Sign. Only 10L because I want to make it affordable for many people to get for New Years. Sign that says "Happy New Year" and like my popular "Seasons Greetings" sign it is framed with a neon colored frame. The frame can be changed by the owner by simply clicking on the picture. A popup appears and you can choose from 5 neon colors of frame. Modifiable so could be a billboard size or a small little sign for your door. Like most of my products it is ONLY ONE PRIM so great for people that have to conserve their prims.
