Wear it, and with a command anyone can 'hypnotize' your avatar (with permission, of course), and then implant 'suggestions'. Once you snap out of it, these suggestions can be triggered by spoken words from you, the person who hypnotized you, or anyone, and they can cause you to do the wackiest things.
The best part is you never really know what they implanted, what might trigger the suggestions or what you might do as a result. Everything from an intense mind control arousal scene to complete hilarity in public can ensue.
