Newly available on SLB, SLEx and at my MiniMall, the ICT Library and Literature Alive! in Iukekini Island (or sloog for education) we have two tools to set these quizzes up in world - all you need to do is prepare and upload your textures. You can see the rezzer in action in the science centre in EduIsland II (sorry, no slurl for that yet)
Why two? Well, one randomises fully - the order of right and wrong answers is randomised, as well as the placement of the correct answers on the panel. The other offers a chance for a structured quiz - all the spellings and misspellings of "necessary" together as one question for example - but still randomises the positions on the answer panels, so students can't learn "Oh, it's bottom left next" and must actually read the questions to choose the right one.
There's some clever bits in there, so the answer panels rez in the eyeline of the person that starts the quiz and they ought to work on most screen formats comfortably.
