This Prim Counter is intended to be used by renters/tenants, land owners, or land managers to monitor prim usage either on land that they own, or land that is owned by a group. If the land is owned by a group, the Prim Counter must (I repeat MUST) be DEED'ed to that group to function correctly. Prim usage on multiple parcels of land in the same Sim can be monitored with a single Prim Counter device.
