I am very pleased to say that the Magic Compass 4.0.1 has been released!
The Magic Compass is the new Multi Tool for SL, providing an incredible variety of features including a sophisticated multi-color scanner, AO controller, animation/expression/sound controller, object rezzer, guardian, flight assistant, date book, AV info and TP to AV and more.
Of course, the hallmark is that the Magic Compass is not only very easy to use, but it is also extremely configurable. You only need to have the buttons available that do what you want them to do.
If you already own the Magic Compass you should automatically receive this update at no charge. This update addresses several minor issues including an issue related to the scanner freezing in very very busy sims when over 30 AV's were being tracked. The scanner module now detects low memory situations and intelligently limits the number of AV's being tracked in a sim.
The Magic Compass 4.0.1 (Boxed) can be used to either upgrade your existing Magic Compass while you wear it, or alternatively, give you a new Magic Compass 4.0.1. Use the simple upgrade procedure to retain your settings.
