~*~Cool new way to search for my products at my store in Voti.~*~
1. Touch Rosie the Robot to get a Personal Shopping Assistant. You should be near the middle of the store.
2. The Personal Assistant will appear as an lavender attachment over your avatar's head.
Instructions will be in Chat History as the Assistant rezzes.
3. Open up CHAT HISTORY by pressing "History" button at the bottom left of your computer screen.
4. To find items, simply type "find: searchword" (do not include the quotation marks). It is best to be somewhat specific in your searchword, as the listing is based on the NAME of the item and not any words in the description of the item.
For example, if you type in FIND: Food, this will only get you one result, FOOD CART even though most of my items are food items, they are not named "Food Sushi", for example.
5. The Assistant will compile a list of the items that have your searchword in the title.
You will see a list of items compiled and numbered, floating above the Personal Assistant.
The first item's NAME will be in WHITE, indicating that is the current item the Assistant is pointing to with the lavender PARTICLE BEAM.
To scroll down the list of items, you can touch the up or down arrows on the Personal Assistant. The current item's NAME will always appear WHITE, with a PARTICLE BEAM pointing to that item.
You can also type in public chat the following list of Commands:
HELP = gives you instructions/commands list
NEXT = same as down-arrow
DOWN = same as down-arrow
UP = same as up-arrow
PREV = same as up-arrow
DONE = removes the assistant
6. If you leave the store, either by TP, disconnection or flying away, the Assistant will delete itself after a specified length of time.
