MODD Staff Scheduler
The MODD Staff Scheduler keeps track of the work schedules for 5 categores of workers for a full 24 hours over a 7 day week.
The categores for Demo model are host, dj, dancers 1-3
The name in each category are place on the Access card. along with a list of names who have full access to the board's functions.
Those with Adm privilages (the owner and those on access list ) can get a listing of all the staff scheduled for a specific day by Lft clicking anywhere on the board other than the category and time blocks and selecting "Day's Staff" and then one of the days of the week. They can also lookup an individual by selecting "Staff Times" then the work category and staff name.
Lft clicking one of the work categores at the top of the board will display the first three letters of the first and last names of all the staff in that scheduled for the week.
Lft clicking an individual time block will bring up the name of the staff person scheduled for that time (if any) and permit Adms to schedule and remove names on all time slots. and, while a name is being displayed, to get a listing of all that person's other scheduled times.
Other staff can schedule their own work hours by Lft clicking their work category and then clicking any vacant time block they wish to work. They can also get a listing of all thier other times by selecting "MyTimes" from the menu.
