For those of you, who aren't very familiar :confused: with Animation Overriding, please read footnote for an explanation!

I've enhanced :D the famous ZHAO II animation overrider by:
* Supplementary menu buttons to play certain animations immediately for 'Mood' ;) (smile, cry, wink, worry etc.), 'Gestures' (bow, joy jump, punch etc.) and 'Dances'
* Hug and kiss animation
* Feature to start any of the SL standard animations as well as the animations enclosed in HUD's content folder. This is convenient ie. for playing model poses or a quick animation preview
* Prefab animations and poses
* Prefab configurations for male and female avatars
* Several minor changes, like sorted menu buttons and enabling multiple animations for all animation types

Pre-loaded with:
* 50+ sitting poses
* 10+ walking animations
* 50+ dancing animations
* 40+ model poses

HJAO, of course, keeps all features of the original ZHAO, like:
* Replacing the default SL body movements with custom animations
* HUD control. Takes up very little space on screen with only two buttons
* Up to 12 different animations each for Walks, Sits and GroundSits and up to 11 different animations for Dances, all configurable by notecard. No hard limit on the number of entries for the remaining animations, except memory space
* Up to 12 configuration notecards in the HJAO, each containing a different set of animations, loadable anytime by dialog menu

You can pick up a copy - which comes for 10 L$ - here, just aside the original ZHAO II:

Feel free to join the group 'ZHAO Help' if you're a new HJAO user who's having problems, or if you're a seasoned user who likes helping out other people.

Any feed-back on issues, usability proposals etc. highly appreciated. Please write your response in this thread:

in order to get other users informed, too.

Greetings

Huney

Q> What is "animation overriding"?

A> This is a way to replace the default SL body movements with custom animations.

Your avatar has different "postures", which technically are a "state" you're in, for example, "Standing", "Flying", "Walking", and "Sitting on Ground" are a few of the many posture states your AV can be in.

An animation overrider makes it possible for you to play a custom animation whenever you are in a specific posture. This means you can choose to replace the way you look when you are standing, flying, sitting, etc.

In other words, you can make your avatar move, stand, and sit in a unique personal way.

Q> What is a "HUD"?

A> A HUD (Head Up Display) is simply an avatar attachment that attaches to your screen instead of to your avatar. This simplifies usage and saves an attachment wearing position on your avatar. Moreover, only you can see the HUD on your screen. Nobody else will see, not even by setting the menu option 'View Transparent'. Screen positions allowed for HJAO are: Top Left, Top, Top Right, Bottom Left, Bottom and Bottom Right.
