This cycle is a replica of the Sterling Cycle Annie Londonderry rode around the world in 1894, becoming the first woman to do so. Her great-grand-nephew, Peter Zheutlin, has generously given permission for the use of her name and images to help raise funds for the Second Life Relay for Life (www.slrfl.com). A cancer survivor himself, Mr. Zheutlin was inspired by his great aunt's courage and drive during his own battle.

More information about Annie Londonderry is at www.annielondonderry.com or you can visit the Annie Londonderry Museum on the second floor of La Bicyclette in Port Caledon:

Both rider and wheels are animated. It is worn as an attachment, so sim crossings and full parcels are not the issue that they have unfortunately become with standard vehicles. Furthermore, worn vehicles do not suffer from the 31 prim limit that other vehicles do. Controls are via normal avatar movement inputs.

$100L, and again all proceeds go to the SLRFL. You may purchase one from the SLEx:

or from the SLRFL Vendor at La Bicyclette in Port Caledon (see above for the SLURL)
