In honor of the upcoming New Toulouse sim, I have updated some of my old French Quarter themed buildings into new version to better fit with the architectural style of New Toulouse. First up, the new version of Absinthe House. Based upon the stylings of the Old Absinthe House in New Orleans, but with also a touch of the tropics and Carribean, this is a wonderful stylish home. Redone to give it an aged, distressed look that recalls the genteel days of New Orleans before the days of modern tourism, it features many doors and windows, with working shutters for privacy. Above are awnings, with flexi prim fringe that move in the wind. A first floor opens up to a private courtyard with covered portico on the side. Spiral stairs lead up to the spacious second floor, with windows looking down onto the courtyard, and a balcony around the exterior of the house. Perfect for a residence, or a store downstairs with residence above.

The house has a 20mx20m footprint, including the sidewalk around the side. It comes in at 220 prims, of which 23 are the spiral staircase that can be removed if you prefer teleports. This is copyable, modable, no transfer, and uses Rezz Foo to ease in setup.
