This house is the first in a forthcoming collection of builds based on the same oriental theme. The Hero Collection will aim to bring the comforts of modern living to a traditional oriental style.
This Mansion has a 40mX40m footprint. Please ensure you have this space available to you on your land. Ideally you would want at least 50mx50m to allow you to enjoy a view from the windows.
This Mansion is NO Transfer. If you wish to purchase this as a gift for a friend please use the GIFT option on SLX or the Vendor at Miz Slocombe's Prefab Demo area
This mansion is 315 prims WITH the removable Hot Tub & Dining set. UP to 32 prims can be saved by not using these extras.
This two storey build has a large open entrance area, split by a large fireplace which raises up to the upper floor. This was designed a the main living space with two smaller areas closed off by sliding doors. One, a room that could be used as a second bedroom or perhaps a dining area, the other a designated pool room with built in Wet room with working shower. A place to chill and spend some time with your sweetie.
Upstairs is a large open bedroom with sliding doors leading out onto the large balcony. Supplied with the house is Miz Slocombe's Hero hot Tub with a number of sitting poses and also Miz Slocombe's Oriental Dining Set. These are there for you to use to discard as you choose.
All doors and windows contain NDE scripts enusuring the highest quality in features and security. Doors are lockable and windows can be "open", "closed" or "shaded" (transparant from the inside but opaque from the outside).
