- 313 prims (12 for the display panels near each stairs, my textures are just place holders)
- base floor: approx 30x50, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors: 40x50 (2048sqm of land or bigger is recommanded)
- all windows are tintable from 0-100% on the outside with 7 preset colors to choose from (Blue, LightBlue, Pink, White, Black, Red and the default Teal, when you press reset, it will reset to Teal)
- the columns at each corner of the 1st floor can also be tinted and colored with the 7 colors to match the over all building
- large windows for great views, tons of wall spaces for vendors/ads/pictures etc
- 30x10 balcony and a 10x10 moon roof that is also tintable with preset colors to choose from
- 3 lockable doors (2 on first floor, 1 on third floor to balcony)
- rezzed easily with rez faux
