A few weeks ago Prim Pincher introduced the new "Rialto" commercial prefab. I am now happy to add the "Rialto Thin" and a combo pack of the two builds to the Prim Pincher line.
The Rialto Thin is a scaled down version of the larger Rialto designed for shop owners looking to fit a small store in a 512 parcel, or larger land owners who want to offer several shops as rentals. Like the larger version, your purchase includes versions of the store with a thick and a thin foundation and with and without the open air skylight. (The builds are also full mod, but I want to make it as easy as possible to rez these stores and get down to the buisness of selling your own products.)
The Thin can also be stacked to create a multi story building, and a glass prim is included to enclose the 2nd story doorway if you choose.
For those that want both versions of the Rialto the new combo pack is also available at a discount of 100L$ off the total price for the individual builds.
