Pagoda House is inspired by an actual home built in 1933 by John Lloyd Wright (son of Frank), where I spent summers as a teenager. (My room was the one overlooking the living room!)
The real-life house came to be called the "Pagoda House," and so, too, is this version. A picture of the actual house hangs in the foyer.
This spacious home features high ceilings, sculptie interior stairs, and working window shades; with three bedrooms, two baths, a living-dining area, a loft area, kitchen, and a back patio for entertaining.
Packed in Rez-Faux for easy set-up (takes only a minute!), Pagoda House also includes tinting windows for privacy, and the versatile NDE locking door system in all the doors.
The house measures about 35x33 meters, and contains 262 prims, counting the doors and "lightswitches" (window tinters). Minimum lot size is 2048, but at least a 2560 size is recommended.
And of course, there are also separate, copy/mod freebie accessories:
. Kitchen Cabinets - 8 prims
. Picture: "Pagoda House" - 1 prim
. Two window shades, 2 prims each - 4 prims
. Blocked Stripes Rug - 1 prim
. Three hanging light-featured brass lamps, 4 prims each - 12prims
. Pagoda House Sideboard - 4 prims
The freebie extras will be set out with the house, bringing the total number of prims which will be rezzed to 292 prims.
I hope you enjoy Pagoda House as much as I once enjoyed really living in it on the shores of Lake Michigan, and as much as I have enjoyed recreating it for you in SL!
