The Black & White Haven is 1L for players under 30 days. This house should fit on a 512 plot, and is 97 prims with all the furnishings inside. 60 prims unfurnished. The beanbag chairs inside are texture change, just click and it changes. And the Shadowboxes in the bedroom also change textures on the glass in case you'd like to change up the design. Also, the windows open and close by clicking the button by the door.

And, in case you'd still like this house and you're over 30 days old... I've set out another box next to it for 25L, and anybody can get this one :)
