The Serendipity is my latest home! This cottage style home features a lovely great room space downstairs complete with fireplace, and a wonderful balcony area above for your bedroom or study. Vaulted ceilings throughout give a great sense of open airy space. Relax on the side porch and enjoy our beautiful SL weather as you swing on the included scripted porch swing. As always all Fair Haven Designs homes come with lockable doors and privacy windows. Both the exterior and interior textures are easily tinted to just the right shade to match all of you wonderful things. Included with The Serendipity home are two custom FH Lanterns, one Porch Swing (scripted by Iceberg Greenberg), and a set of copiable steps.
