This Trendal build has a lot of different uses for it, from a high quality home, office, lounge, chill out space and many more. Please do note, furniture is supplied with this build, and the home fits on a 60 by 60 metre square. You will need at least a 3600 square metre plot in order to place this home on.
Do note, that the chairs in the build are no modify only. The rest of the build is full modify.
