The basic house is 22 prims: this includes the second floor. It couldn't be simpler to place---just rez. No assembly required.
Included in your box: 3 scripted doors (1 prim each); a chimney-fireplace (4 prims) and an optional 1-prim fireplace for the second floor; two 3-prim scripted log fires; a 3-prim Sunporch; and a scripted smoke emitter to place in the top of your chimney.
You can buy the 22-prim version and place these items yourself, or the 31-prim version, in which the fireplaces and chimney and sunporch are pre-placed. (With the Sunporch, the footprint becomes 13.5m x 15m---which still fits with room to spare on a 512m parcel.)
The foundation is 10m deep, making the house perfect for placement on hillsides and cliffs.
An extra copiable foundation slab is included, in case you want to extend your porch or make steps.
Permissions for the House are Copy/Modify.
The interior floors are amazingly spacious---you won't believe it's only L700!
