FREEBIE of the Month: IVORY AND IVY COTTAGE - Issue #1 from the 'Lil Cottage Series

Here is the first in the 'Lil Cottages Series! This series was inspired by a customer who has a size 256 lot and needed a small, low-prim house to go on it.

This little house can be used on a super-small lot as the main home, or as a guest cottage on a larger estate.

Each cottage in the series will appear first as a Freebie of the Month, and afterwards, will go on sale. Collect 'em all!

Included in this box are two versions of the Ivory and Ivy Cottage - one with a separate porch and windows that tint for privacy (shown), and a lower-prim version without window tinting, and with a simple porch step.

Each version features locking doors and comes packed in Rez-Faux for easy set-up.

Cottage without Window Tinting:

. Cottage - 8 prims - 10 x 11.6 meters
. Door - 1 prim
. Porch Step - 1 prim (with Step, house is 10 x 12 meters)
. Welcome Mat - 1 prim
. Daisies Picture - 1 prim

Cottage with Porch and Window Tinting:

. Cottage - 11 prims - 10 x 11.6 meters
. Door - 2 prims
. Porch -4 prims (with Porch, house is 10 x 14.5 meters)
. Welcome Mat - 1 prim
. Daisies Picture - 1 prim
. Lightswitch (tints windows) - 1 prim

All parts are rezzed with the Rez-Faux, but the step, porch, and accessories are not linked to the cottage, so they can be easily removed or moved. (Of course, you can also rez both, and choose to use the porch with the non-tinting cottage, etc.)
