THE SAVANNAH - with Rez-Faux for Easy Set-Up, from Coco's Cottages

Inspired by the architecture of the graceful Georgia coastal town, the Savannah is a two-bedroom, one-bath home that features front and back verandas, a kitchen, and a large living and dining area that should be fun to furnish.

For privacy, the exterior doors lock, and the windows tint by a touch of the light switch (the French doors have their own switch).

For extra fun, each window can alternate between “open” and “closed” by a touch from the owner! (And anyone whose name you want to put in the script.)

And the whole thing is packaged in Rez-Faux for easy set-up – takes literally less than a minute!

Measuring about 37 x 25 meters, and containing 307 prims (counting the removable fireplace, doors, stairs, and lightswitches), the Savannah requires a minimum lot size of 2048 meters, but is recommended for no less than 2560 meters.

And of course, there are removable freebie extras, all copy/mod:
