Description
This home is unlike any other I've found in Second Life. This is a floating house with an attached boat house/garage. It features a main living room area, two upper floor bedrooms, and one bathroom area that could also be used as a third bedroom. The two main bedrooms have doors that open out onto a spacious deck that sits above the boat house. The boat house features a sliding door to secure your water craft and there is ample dock space around the house for other water craft you may own or for visiting friends. The docks around the house also feature a retractable walkway across the opening for the boat house that is touch controlled.
Nearly all of the interior rooms feature lighting with switches for the lights and window controls in each room. The main living area features a large square glass panel in the floor that when clicked retracts to provide an opening to the water below or when closed provides a nice view of any marine life. A light switch in this room controls the underwater lighting that lights up the area under the home.
As with all Ty Designs homes, this one includes Aeonvox/NDE doors and windows. All doors are lockable and the owner can add/remove others to the access list allowing them to use the locks. Windows can be cycled between Clear/Shaded/Closed for those times that you want privacy.
The build is packaged using the RezFaux system for easy Rez/Derez and placement.
