You start out with a free rezzer which is a 20x40 plot of grass edged with bushes. The bushes are clickable to change to the style of your choice. You can load any unit we offer into the rezzers, by clicking the grass plot a menu will pop up giving you the choice to rez any of the units youve purchased. Rezzing one unit automatically unrezzes the previous. This gives your renters as many options of houses and scenes as you choose, appealing to more of a client base. Today we offer 9 different homes/scenes but many more choices will be coming, allowing you to change things up and keep long term renters happy. All rezzers and units are copiable, so buying one will let you set out as many as youd like to rent out. One of the greatest things about Orgazmic ReZidence is when your renter isnt home it automatically unrezzes itself. This gives you the ability to put even more rezzers out since people are never on and at home all at the same time. This product is cost effective, prim saving, fully furnished, fully animated and can provide a great income for your Second Life.
