- Each renter can access his/her own account where he/she can teleport to their room or view access list of who can also teleport to his/her room (if a name is clicked, an IM is sent to the owner informing him/her to remove that person off the renter's access list)
- Lockable doors, display list of renters (owner's only functions)
- Option to display rooms that are still available
