"The Bachelor" is a value-priced home designed to fit on a 1024m parcel. It has a 16x16m footprint, and is 91 prims. While it can fit on a 512m parcel, we only recommend this if you have a double-prim parcel.

The "Southwestern Lodge" is a traditional build, with a sloped roof, and has a very rustic appeal. This build is 172 prims, and is designed to be placed on a minimum 1024m parcel.

The "Tradewind Beach Home" is based on a modern architectural approach, mixing bleached stucco and stainless steal with cedar trim work. It's second floor is dominated by an elegant bay window. It is 96 prims, and has a 16x16m footprint. While it is right at home facing the sea, it would blend in nicely into any 1024m residential parcel.

Finally, "Pacific Avenue" is our modern showcase home. This structure was designed from a custom texture demo, and it really shows. Your visitors' eyesight will be thrown towards the center of the structure, highlighted by its sweeping vertical windows, but it still contains enough privacy for those 'cozy moments'. This building is 319 prims, and is designed to fit on a minimum 4096m parcel.
