Smart House Features:
AMBIENCE - provides you with a menu with various sound effects to create a realistic environment around your home.
LOCK and UNLOCK control the exterior doors. The Access List can be edited by Editing the Smart House Controller Panel, then going to the Content Page, and Edit the notecard called House Access List. Simply ADD the Avatar Names, one per line, to this notecard, then save the notecard. Only those individuals listed on the card will be able to open the exterior doors when the house is in LOCKED mode.
TELEPORTER - Clicking this will Hide or Show the Teleporter Buttons for multi-floor homes. You can also control where you land on each floor by moving the landing zone prim. It's the prim with the inlay design on it that looks like it's embedded in the floor on each level where you land. Simply edit it and move it to the location you want on each floor.
FIREPLACE - Clicking this brings up a menu that controls both the size of the fire, and the sound of the fire, allowing you to create exactly the atmosphere you desire for any occasion. Having a party, you might want a big roaring fire, and for those intimate moments, you might want a smaller fire that simply crackles.
WINDOWS - This provides you with a menu that both controls all the windows in the house, and lets you set the method of how they change. You can choose to have them "shade out" from top to bottom, bottom to top, allowing you to have exactly the look you desire when you change the windows from "Open" to "Shaded" to "Closed".

OTHER SMART HOUSE FEATURES
INDIVIDUAL ROOM WINDOW CONTROLLERS are located in each room of your new home, allowing you to control each room's windows. You'll find the silver box with the toggle control on the wall.
SMART HOUSE BATHROOMS are the ultimate in luxury. Let's start with the shower, which has a control panel inside the shower stall. Click on the shower stall door to have it slide open. You'll see the control panel. We suggest you have the shower in off position when not in use so that the particle scripts arent' running.
The center button turns the shower off.
Top Left turns on the normal Shower Head
Top Right button turns on the Rain Head
Bottom Left button turns on the Steam
Bottom Right button turns on the Body Jets
The Spa Tub operates from the faucet coming out of the wall. Simply click it to fill up the tub. When the tub is full, the spa jets turn on, and the water steams. Click the spout again and the tub empties. We suggest that you empty the tub when it's not in use so that the particle scripts aren't running.
Your Vanity also operates from the spout, simply click it to have the vanity bowl fill with water, and click it again to empty the vanity bowl.
SMART HOUSE KITCHENS come with working doors on the appliances and a working kitchen sink. If you want the kitchen cabinet doors to open and close, please contact us to discuss getting a custom kitchen fitted for your home. It's entirely possible to do this, however, it does add a significant number of prim to the house. We've chosen to provide you with a good looking, but non-functional set of cabinets, to save prim.
