This is my first prefab in more than half a year! Inspired by the simple clean designs of Japan, this home is a statement of subtle elegance.

It has 2 main rooms and a spa - there is a generous central corridor which leads out into a small verandah. The doors are traditional sliding doors. There are also traditional japanese blinds that can be opened and closed. It comes convieniently packaged in a Rez Foo - meaning all you have to do is rez the package and objects will automatically be placed for you.

The prim count is 152 prims for the house (+ spa) only but you will need at least 192 prims to rez it the first time as a few extra accessories have been prepacked into the package. These accessories include a bath basin/pail and stool and a shoji screen. You will also find 2 Noren (fabric divider) designs and a Japanese lamp to help decorate your new home.The majority of the textures used were purchased from House of Efflugent. House is sold copy/mod/no trans.

The spa bath has a steam control that allows you to control the level of steam. No pose balls are supplied with with this bath.
