Hi all,

Last week I released a lovely little home called My little Study. Due to public demand I've now released a Copy and modify version of the same home.

This home includes...

~Wood window shutters scripted to open and close upon touch.

~A wrought iron gate surrounding the rooftop for additional space and enjoyment.

~An antique fireplace with smoke, sound and particle fire.

~Decorative cascading ivy.

~Main sitting room and library/study.

All textures are highly detailed, original and hand crafted with decorative elements that would otherwise require added prims. Have a peek at the pictures.

Prims:
All inclusive prim count, window shutters, steps, door and both home modules is a total of 122 prims.

The entire home, fireplace, gate and ivy are set to allow copy and modify. Window shutters, door, and particle fire are set to modify and transfer.
