This week's new prefab at Your Home, Inc.: the Slatboard Apartment.
This is an extremely low-prim structure. It weighs in at only 34 prims, yet is a two story building covering 240 square meters. This home fits nicely even on a 512m parcel.
As with all of our homes, this prefab incorporates privacy windows and a locking door. It was created with only custom textures, which are unique to our prefabs.
This home can be purchased today for only L$150.
