The entire build consists of 3 textures shaded in various colors for fast rendering and rezzing.
easy to use Rezz faux placement. Drag and drop and position as needed then freeze.
Home is Mod enabled to change it as you wish, its also copy so if you mess it up you can easily replace it.

The house has a large built in fish tank as well, (throw in some seven eas fish!) two types of tank plants are added into your sale box as well as are 3 swing doors. (two for the front one for the bedroom suite.)
If you have any problems with it, feel free to ask me for help. A single or triple fountain from splash aquatics fits perfect in the indoor pool area.
this is a detailed home, not a blank wall cookie cutter square box. Its truly a one of a kind design in SL at this time. You can always delink sections and deprim if you feel the need.
