I have just marketed the CODA Type C house, suitable for 512m plots upwards. It is approx 19m x 10m internal dimensions and has 2 floors. Upstairs is one large room and downstairs are two smaller ones, one of which is fairly private! The Type C is constructed from just 34 prims and has a thick base to allow for slightly uneven or sloping land. The CODA type C is currently available with three paintwork colour options - dark green, dark blue and dark red. The house is a simple single object. Price L$ 200 - available at the Egothrapy Centre, Yosu - find it in 'search, places' or from my profile in 'picks'.
Also on sale there is the CODA Type A2 - a neat, simple modern house, also for 512m plots upwards but with 2 storeys and a roof terrace - all for L$ 200. The Egotherapy Centre itself is one of these buildings, but with a bathroom cubicle added. If you want a totally different looking building I have the 'Tri-belly Podule', the 'Ground Tube' or the 'Woot Pavilion', all of which are suitable for 512m plots.
