Freebie of the Month! 'Lil Cottage Series #3: MOUNTAIN HOME

Here's the third in the 'Lil Cottages Series! This series was inspired by a customer who has a size 256 lot and needed a small, low-prim house to go on it.

This nice little mountain lodge can be used on a super-small lot as the main home, or as a guest cottage on a larger estate.

Each cottage in the series will appear first as a Freebie of the Month, and afterwards, will go on sale. Collect 'em all!

Mountain Home is copy/mod, measures about 15 x 10 meters, and has 24 prims, counting the locking door and the "lightswitch" (window tinter). A non-tinting, 19-prim version, is also included in the box. The whole thing is packaged in Rez-Faux, for easy set-up.
