A little background first:
This sim was originally created as a custom for a client. Unfortunately the sim was not used, and plans quickly changed. We decided and agreed with the client that instead of ditching this beautiful sim, we'd go ahead and release it to the public. Along with a few smaller variations and packages of JUST the shops for some variation, which you can view at our XStreetSL.com page (link below)
So without further ado, our first fill sim prefab!

This package includes the entire Sim build, with 16 small vendor locations, 4 medium/large stores, and 2 very large mainstores. The permissions on the build are YES mod/YES copy, and NO transfer. The entire build takes up less than 2600 prims!
The two large shops are big enough to serve as a mainstore location for most shops in SecondLife. Both shops are two stories tall with plenty of floor space and special features that make them each unique. Shop A, for example, has two exterior window displays for your merchandise as well as a beautiful indoor terrarium that opens up into the top floor. The texturing featured on both builds is sophisticated yet holds a muted roughness about it. Inside you will find plenty of nooks to display items, and a complete walkway around the terrarium. The exterior of Shop A is very modern-elegant. Shop B is also a two-story shop with plenty of floor and wall space, with a stairway dividing the first floor into two wings. The exterior is very regal with many windows and even a beautiful balcony overlooking your entryway. Inside you will find multiple window-displays for you to fill, both upstairs and downstairs.
This package also includes full road work, with sidewalk + realistic shadow textures applied, which wrap around to connect your main shops to the boutique mall shops. Three bridges span the center, with sculpted rock work touching surrounding all water edges. Directly across the bridges you will find the mall shops - 20 beautifully textured, and adorable shops, each with their own special and unique twist. Three medium-sized shops, and plenty of smaller ones, with variations such as lamps, overhangs, many window styles, steps leading up to arched doorways and much more!
The .RAW terrain file will be emailed to the buyer as soon as possible after purchasing. A .RAW file is a file that you can upload to a SIM that applies all the terraforming so you don't have to do it manually. The owner of the Sim can easily upload a .RAW file using the Estate Manager Tools. (World -> Region Estate -> Terrain -> Upload RAW Terrain). This does not change the textures of the SIM such as the grass or sand. It only changes the SHAPE of the Sim. BUT - we've also included the terrain textures (Custom made for this sim) and instructions for terrain/water settings. You will also recieve 17 seperate wall textures (also, Custom made for this build), as well as all the road, concrete, your choice of 2 sidewalks, and bridge textures (All unique to this build).
