DESCRIPTIONS:
Designed to optimise camera movements, inside is roomy with two levels. Angles in the design create rooms, or areas which can be used for different purposes and can be quickly transformed with "Area Texture Controls" which are nearby, for mood or privacy.
Ocean Crest is built Above Ground making it ideal for sloping blocks and difficult terrain.
Ocean Crest can be Group controlled. When the building is set out it aquires your current "Group". Edit and select the whole house to change it's group.

Main entry door is under the house but a Secret TP is under the house too for instant entry.
Neutral coloring with shading and all custom textured Ocean Crest will blend in to most all surroundings
Many features way above and beyond "Privacy Control" make this a pleasure to use.
All the windows, doors and upper ceiling have 6 textures inside and 6 textures for outside. PLUS a full alpha menu.
