FREEBIE OF THE MONTH! Candy Lane Cottage

Indulge your inner kid with Candy Lane Cottage, #7 in the 'Lil Cottage Series! This series was inspired by a customer who had a size 256 lot and needed a small, low-prim house to go on it.

This tasty little novelty home can be used on a small lot as the main home, or as a guest cottage on a larger estate.

Each cottage in the series appears first as a Freebie of the Month, and afterwards, is offered for sale. Candy Lane Cottage is packed in Rez-Faux to make setting up a snap. Takes literally less than a minute! The door and gate feature the NDE locking door system, and the windows tint for privacy.

The home itself is copy/mod, measures about 10 x 12.5 meters and has 18 prims, counting the separate "lightswitch" (window tinter). A non-tinting, 15-prim version is also included in the box.

As always, freebie accessories come with the home, and are also copy/mod, and separate from the house so you can move or remove them as you wish. They include:
