and windows that can be changed using the control boxes with special ones added in (you can change just the inside or outside or both and each floor and side has its own control panels for lots of possibilities)
40x20 footprint if you keep the attached stairs and dock its about 40x40
158 prims mod/copy in a rez faux system for easy rezing and placement
