The theme for this one is "Savannah Sweet Shoppe," but that's just to prime your imaginative pump. (The chocolates are just for show.) Put your own store name texture on the sign, and your own items to display inside, and live on the second floor.
Or make the second floor part of your store as well. Or - remove the sign and make the whole building your home!
Savannah Sweet Shoppe, with its awnings and southern-style balustrade, was inspired by typical buildings in this historic city on the coast of Georgia. It features Rez-Faux for easy set-up (takes only a minute!), the AeonVox locking door system, and an NDE teleporter system to whisk you easily from one floor to the other.
"Light switches" tint the windows and front door on the lower level for added privacy, and there's another light switch upstairs to tint the top-level windows separately. Everything is copy/mod, allowing for any redecoration you may wish to do.
PRIM COUNT AND DIMENSIONS: The house itself contains 59 prims (not counting the sign or flowers), and measures 12.6 meters wide by 14 meters deep; and fits on a size 512 lot or larger.
FREEBIE EXTRAS: These accessories are all separate from the house, so you can easily move or remove them, but they will be set out with the house when you rez it with Rez-Faux for a total of 103 prims:

TO SET UP YOUR BUILDING: Just place the box on the ground, then drag "LOTS #1: Savannah Sweet Shoppe - Box Copy" from the "Contents" tab in "Edit" to your inventory, and then to the ground. Then "touch" this little yellow box, click "Help," and follow the easy "Instructions for Buyers" inside.
SETTING UP YOUR TELEPORTER: Once you have the building where you want it, set your teleporter to work. NDE could not have made this easier for us! Just left-click and hold on one of the teleporters. After a short wait, a blue menu will appear. Press the "Setup" button.
Then left-click, select your destination ("Upstairs" or "Downstairs"
, and left-click on the blue beam that appears.(Always remember to reset your teleporters whenever you move your house to a new location, or you will go places you didn't intend to go.)
The teleporters come with a number of options, such as limiting their use to specific avatars or groups. A notecard is included with your box if you want to explore these options further.
LOCKING YOUR DOORS: The AeonVox door security system offers many options, including limiting use to specific avatars or groups, offering a greeting to visitors, and notifying you when someone uses or tries to use your door.
But basically, all you do to lock your doors is left-click and hold over the door, and after a few short moments, your setup menu will appear. Then click "lock" or "unlock" to work the door. See the instruction notecard included in the box for all the other options.
(Also included in the box is an optional central controller for the door system.)
TINTING YOUR WINDOWS: Simply click on the light switch on each level to tint the windows on that level. There is also a separate switch to tint the French doors.
