FREEBIE OF THE MONTH: 'Lil Cottage Series #2 - 'LIL GOTH COTTAGE

Here's the second in the Freebie of the Month 'Lil Cottage Series! This series was inspired by a customer who has a size 256 lot and needed a small, low-prim house to go on it.

This little house can be used on a super-small lot as the main home, or as a guest cottage on a larger estate.

Each cottage in the series will appear first as a Freebie of the Month, and afterwards, will go on sale. Collect 'em all!

'Lil Goth is copy/mod, measures 12x19 meters, and has 22 prims, including the locking door and the removable skull picture (which is the light switch that tints the windows for privacy). It features a loft with a bay window that allows you to see out, but no one can see in. (Cause it's magic like that.)

Freebies also include a removable Spidey in Web (2 prims) and a bookcase (1 prim), for a total of 25 prims. And with Rez-Faux, setting up is a snap - takes literally less than a minute!
