The perfect cozy little cottage, perfect for a private spot overlooking the sea, whether as a summer vacation cottage, or a snug place to hole up for the winter. This is based on the classic Cape Cod style, with shingle exterior walls to survive harsh weather on the coast. The roomy first floor has areas perfect for a living room with adjoining kitchen area, and an upper loft that's perfect as a bedroom or study. The loft has dormer windows on either side. The windows all have working shutters, so that you can button down the place for some privacy.
Included are two throw rugs and as a special bonus, my Franklin woodburning stove, which i sell separately. Crackling logs and smoke from the top of the outer stovepipe add to the realism. Note, only the stove is included, none of the other furniture in the pictures are included.
20m deep (included removable 5m front deck) by 12.5m wide. Cottage is 80 prims, plus 18 prims for shutters and 1 prim for door, and 3 prims for deck, making a total of 102 prims. Shutters are easily not linked and easily removed if you wish to save prims. Cottage is packaged with Rezz Foo, making setup a snap.
