Available in 2 or 3 floors, Sandy is designed with chat distance in mind for smaller plots. Sandy builds UP instead of out, to reduce how much you're overheard by your neighbors. Although this will fit a 512, it is built with a 1024 in mind. A small porch area on the front is great for lazy Sundays.
31 prims for the 3-floor model (34 with teleporters), 25 prims for the 2-floor model (27 with teleporters). Copiable teleporter included.
Like all House of Cristalle prefabs, it has locking doors and a privacy tint. Sandy uses a touch tint for ease.
Available in mod/nocopy/trans singles or mod/copy/notrans copiable versions.
