A excellent reproduction of an American Colonial Revival home. In the early 1890s, Americans began to value their own heritage and architecture. Features include ornate and colorful front doors with decorative crown pediments overhead. Windows were symmetrically placed around the house. Side porches or sun rooms were common additions, adding home comforts.

All these items and more are included in this faithful representation of the Colonia Revival style, built by acclaimed builder Fatima Ur and textured by master artisan Incanus Merlin.

The house is ONLY 226 PRIMS (plus 48 prims for accessories). It measures 26d x 32w x 18.25h

This new home is modify and copy with the exception of scripts. Megaprims are incorporated into some sections in order to reduce the number of prims used, be aware these will not stretch...doing so will cause "snap back" and they will not retain the original size. HOWEVER, you always have a fresh home copy in your rezzer in inventory ... so if an accident occurs, rest assured you can rez another copy :)

Accessories include a fireplace, kitchen furnishings, chandelier with on off touch and antique toilet. These are copy but not modifiable.

The house can be visited for further inspection in world at
